PLAN

Prefabricated structures are created by combining 125x 2,50 cm steel frame panels with each other in accordance with floor plan, which is prepared in order meet the requirements.

It will be prepared by employer in accordance with concrete plan which is provided by Africa Trade Center

COVERING OF CEILING

The whole location is mounted with 625 x 1200 x 12,5 mm plasterboard plates; in order to prevent sweat and rust in wet floors, betopan plates are mounted with metal galvanized T profiles.

ROOF COVERING

Brick red colored, furnace painted 0,55 Treppez sac, onduline and shingle is used.

TRUSS

Steel truss ( 25cm - 50cm )  with 125 cm intervals, with eaves pvc gutter.

PURLIN

5x5 steel tube 50x30x2,5 mm

LOAD BEARING SYSTEM

It consists of H profiled, steel tube (50x30x2,5 mm) which is milled with Rollformer machine (2,5 mm galvanized) ; columns consist of roof trusses. Indoor floor profiles are produced from 1.2 mm galvanize. Edge omega, the omega above the panel, eaves edge covering material, window blind frames and soffit covering material is PVC (IN ORDER TO PREVENT RUST AND SWEAT).

WALL JOINTS

Special joint Galvanized H profile and U profile which is rolled with ROLLFORMER machine. Indoor floor profiles are produced with Galvanize. Its edge omega, the omega above the panel, eaves edge covering material and soffit covering material is galvanize.

DOORS

American press door is installed in the office buildings, while outer doors are installed in PVC, sheet and steel.

WINDOW PROFILES AND GLASS

It is win-open brand pvc profile. The glasses are installed as 4+9+4 thermopane.

ELECTRICITY

Antrigon is made flush mounted in the PVC cable channel.

SANITARY INSTALLATION

It is surface mounted.

PAINT

Siding is painted with 2 layers of house paint with silicone, interior wall is painted with 2 layers of plastic paint.
